Shipping live plants requires care, timing, and proper conditions. At Jessesleaf, every order is packed with attention to help ensure plants arrive healthy and stress-free.
Shipping Schedule

Orders typically ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

This schedule helps prevent plants from being delayed in transit over weekends.

Shipping dates may vary based on weather conditions, holidays, or order volume.
Weather & Temperature Protection

Heat packs and insulation are available for purchase and are strongly recommended during cold weather, hot weather, or temperature extremes.

If a heat or cold pack is recommended in a product listing and is not purchased, Jessesleaf is not responsible for temperature-related damage.

During periods of severe or unsafe weather, Jessesleaf reserves the right to temporarily hold shipments to protect plant health. Customers will be notified if a delay occurs.
Transit Time

Shipping times vary by location and carrier.

Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping.

Jessesleaf is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or mishandling once an order has been shipped.
Live Arrival Guarantee
Jessesleaf offers a Live Arrival Guarantee under the following conditions:

Claims must be submitted within 2 hours of delivery

Clear photos of the plant and original packaging are required

Photos must be unedited and time-relevant
Failure to meet all claim requirements voids eligibility for replacement, refund, or store credit.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Responsibility After Delivery

Once a package is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Customers are responsible for retrieving packages promptly.

Jessesleaf is not responsible for damage caused by delayed pickup, exposure to extreme temperatures, or improper care after delivery.
Refunds, Replacements & Chargebacks

No returns are accepted on live plants.

Refunds or replacements are issued only if Live Arrival Guarantee requirements are met.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting Jessesleaf or without meeting claim requirements is considered policy abuse.

Any chargeback abuse or fraudulent claims may result in permanent refusal of future service.
