By placing an order with Jessesleaf, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
Overview
Jessesleaf is a small, independently owned online business specializing in rare and tropical houseplants. All products sold are live plants unless otherwise stated. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.
Live Plant Disclaimer

Plants are living products and may vary in size, color, and appearance.

Minor cosmetic imperfections (leaf damage, minor stress, natural markings) are normal and not considered defects.

Listing photos are representative examples unless marked as an Exact Plant Listing.
Order Processing & Shipping

Orders typically ship Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.

Processing times may vary depending on order volume and weather conditions.

Once an order is shipped, Jessesleaf is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or mishandling by the shipping provider.
Weather & Heat Pack Policy

Heat packs and insulation are optional add-ons and strongly recommended during cold weather.

Customers are responsible for selecting appropriate shipping protection.

Orders placed without heat packs during cold conditions are shipped at the buyer’s risk.

Jessesleaf is not responsible for cold or heat damage when weather protection is declined.
Live Arrival Guarantee
If your plant arrives damaged or deceased:

You must contact us within 2 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos of the plant and original packaging
Failure to meet these requirements voids eligibility for replacement or store credit.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

No returns on live plants.

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

Refunds or replacements are issued at the sole discretion of Jessesleaf and only when claim requirements are met.
Customer Responsibility

Proper plant care after delivery is the responsibility of the customer.

Jessesleaf is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, repotting, acclimation stress, or environmental conditions after delivery.
Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and secure shipping address.

Jessesleaf is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Fraud & Abuse
Any attempt at fraud, false claims, or chargeback abuse will result in:

Immediate cancellation of current orders

Permanent refusal of future service
Intellectual Property
All photos, product descriptions, branding, and content are the property of Jessesleaf and may not be copied or used without permission.
Changes to Terms
Jessesleaf reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the store constitutes acceptance of any changes.
